Liability / comprehensive insurance report
We evaluate and inspect all types of vehicles, such as: motorcycles, cars, vans, caravans, trucks, buses, etc.
A comprehensive insurance report and a liability insurance report differ mainly in terms of responsibility and intended use:
Liability report: This report is prepared if a third party has caused the damage. The liability insurance of the person who caused the damage covers the costs of settling the claim. Here, you as the injured party have the right to commission your own expert. The costs for this are borne by the insurance of the person who caused the accident.
Comprehensive insurance report: This report is required if your own insurance company has to settle a partial or fully comprehensive claim. This is the case if you yourself caused the damage, if there was natural damage or if the other party involved in the accident cannot be identified (e.g. in the case of a hit-and-run). The insurance company is authorized to give instructions and decides which expert assesses the damage.
We have made it our mission to provide you with the documents you need to determine the cause of the damage as quickly and as timely as possible.
For all damages exceeding 750 euros, we strongly advise you to use an expert witness in order to have a recognized document to hand for evidence in the event of a trial.
